The school has lush green gardens and lawns with outdoor swings, sports field as well as indoor play areas. There are fitness trails and a suitable range of planned fitness/sports activities carried out in the school routinely.

It is well resourced with computing equipment, a range of practical equipment for science, mathematics, music and art /craft activities and library with books to support scholastic and overall co-scholastic development of students.

We have well ventilated and well-managed classrooms, available school-based health supports, and a clear, fair disciplinary policy.

Ours is a Health Promoting School (HPS) with an approach that the school works to address the health and wellbeing of students, staff and their community. School includes health and wellbeing in its planning and review processes, teaching strategies, curriculum and assessment activities.

SCHOOL BUILDING

The school building resonates the traditional Indian buildings with high roofs, well lit and well ventilated passages , labs and class rooms making it appropriate for all weather conditions. The building has been built keeping in consideration the Building, Earthquake and Fire Safety norms for educational institutions. There has been enough space kept for playgrounds, parking, outdoor passages all around the build-ing. Toilets and hygiene are well maintained and gender segregated toilets at every floor with provision for children with special needs (CWSN). There is fresh safe fil-tered Aquaguard drinking water. The school building has aesthetic look with open garden spaces and differentially coloured walls.

JUNIOR CLASS ROOMS - Junior class rooms have specially designed and multicol-oured durable and comfortable wooden furniture as per the class age group. It is safe and well ventilated. Class rooms are nicely decorated as per the class age groups.

SENIOR CLASS ROOMS - Senior class rooms have been specially curated for middle and senior class students. The class rooms are well ventilated and spacious with wooden safe furniture and individual desks for students. There is class notice board for students to display their innovative work.

CRAFT ROOM- The place where students find the artist amongst them-selves. They appreciate nature, draw paintings of their choice as well as different theme based drawings. HEALTH AND WELLNESS ROOM- Provided with essential FIRST AID and all essen-tial biologically safe drugs for ill students. There are various charts displayed regard-ing basic first aid. There are 2 beds for sick children separated by a curtain. There is trained faculty incharge of basic medical help when needed. There is ANNUAL HEALTH CHECK UP of all students.

SOLAR ENERGY- “ Save Energy” “Go Green” are the slogans the school imbibes. Hence, the school premises has complete solar power system to illuminate its rooms and building. There are 35 solar panels in the school with 10 solar batteries.

SAFE DRINKING WATER- The school is certified for its safe drinking water facility and Aquaguard facility, which is regularly cleaned and serviced.

GENDER SEGREGATED TOILETS- There are toilets on both sides on each floor, each of which is gender segregated. Staff toilets are also gender segregated. There is handwash/soap and towels available in each toilet.

ASSEMBLY HALL- Provided with a huge space, the school has a large assembly hall. It is well ventilated and spacious to accommodate students comfortably.

TRANSPORT FACILITY- There is facility of pick up and drop for the school students in Vans and buses from far places during school timings.

CWSN - There are ramps, convenient toilets for Children with special needs. There are extra classes and remedial teaching carried out by teachers for CWSN.

FIRE SAFETY- There are 10 fire extinguishers installed at different places in the school building. These are regularly checked for function and serviced/refilled as per protocols.
